DELIVERY AND RETURN POLICY

Delivery timeframe

Most products are Handmade and are made on order confirmation. Orders are usually crafted within 5 days (unless there are items which need extra time to craft) and are then delivered to most capital city locations within 5-9 business days, and to most regional areas within 7-12 business days. There can be some delays in crafting/delivery during festive season due to increase in demand and public holidays. More remote interstate locations may experience extended delivery timeframes. Delivery times are provided as a guide only and do not consider possible delay caused by payment authorization or reliance on external freight services. We cannot be held responsible for any delay in delivery.

Returns policy

Our returns policy and your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

We understand that shopping online can be tricky, particularly when colour and design are so important. As products are handmade and crafted there are chances of small deviation and colours may slightly vary. Exchanges and returns on any full-priced item purchased online with us must be within 7 days of receipt of the item. Discounted items are eligible for exchange only within 7 days of receipt of items. Requested exchange items are subject to availability. All returns must be unused, in original packaging and/or with tags attached and accompanied by a copy of your original invoice.

Our $15 flat rate postage & handling charge is payable on all exchanges for items valued under $100 and $20 for orders above $100. Original postage and handling costs are non-refundable and the costs associated with making a return are the customer’s responsibility unless the return is a result of some fault on our part.

Return instructions

Visit the Contact Us page and submit an enquiry regarding ‘Returns’ with your order number and details of what you would like to return or exchange. Once your enquiry has been received, a returns authority will be issued.

For your security, we recommend that you use an insured or tracked parcel service for your return as we cannot accept responsibility for products that we do not ship. Please retain a copy of this information.

We will send confirmation via email once your return or exchange has been received and processed. Refunds will be issued via the same method of payment that was originally used for the purchase.
